so i download this game tried to cash out on this game for $250 then it tells me I have to speak to customer service so I do. told me I have another account in my name I told them no I don't come to find out I guess somebody the person that was living here with me they opened one of my account needless to say I had to close out both accounts and I could not get my money that they had closed it out said that I had to reopen a whole another account but I cannot have that money. when I didn't open
