From that same screen you can see the last three sessions as miniature slips and start a new entry with the pawn button. The Score tab presents a clean slip form floating on dark felt where you enter the game title, session date, player count, and a short note about the outcome or a memorable moment. Pressing Tear and Save adds that session to your local collection after simple validation confirms the required fields are complete. The Ledger tab keeps a full chronological list of every game session as larger perforated slips on a ruled scorepad background. Tapping any slip in the Ledger opens an edit form so you can correct a date, adjust the player count, update your note, or change the game title. You can remove unwanted entries quickly with swipe-to-delete or a context menu action from the Ledger and Find screens. The Find tab includes a search bar that filters your entire session list by game title keyword, with matching titles highlighted for fast scanning. Every saved session shows a colored stripe based on player count, giving you an instant visual cue for small, medium, or larger game nights. Player counts also appear as small dice pips along the bottom edge of each slip, while the date is presented like a tiny circular stamp. All data is stored locally on your device, so your game night history stays private and available without creating an account or connecting to an online service. The main dashboard uses familiar game components like dice and pawns instead of standard charts or badges, keeping the experience playful and easy to read. Lidkeep is designed for board game hosts, casual tabletop groups, and community volunteers who want a quick way to capture each session without slowing down the fun. Over time, the log becomes a compact memory of the games you played, the people around the table, and the moments worth remembering.
