Badminton Club Fund Management is an application that helps badminton clubs manage their funds, organize tournaments, and support friendly matches (casual sessions) right on their phones. It features an AI assistant in Vietnamese to quickly ask about funds and tournaments based on the data you view; the assistant only reads and explains, it does not execute transactions on your behalf.

MAIN FEATURES: • Log in for each club — each club has its own fund and tournament space • View overall fund balance, transaction history (income/expenses), and balance changes over time • Deposit: cash or bank transfer (VietQR) — members submit requests, admin approves and records them in the fund • Monthly and yearly income/expense reports, filtered by transaction type • Forgot password: open the application website (according to configuration) to reset via email

• AI ASSISTANT (in-app):

Ask in Vietnamese about balances, income/expenses, changes, tournaments, reports… according to account permissions within the club

Only queries and summarizes available data; No deposits, withdrawals, payments, or user-side approvals.
• FRIENDLY MATCH SCHEDULE (VIP MATCH HOST) — on the app:

Go to Homepage → Friendly Matches section: create a new session or open a session already saved in the Club
Select Club members present; add guest players (name + skill level, no account required)
Play singles or doubles (there is a team arrangement step when playing doubles); declare the list of courts and the minimum number of matches per "team" to balance the number of matches
The system suggests a list of match pairings (considering skill level differences); You can adjust the team and the status (in progress/completed) on the schedule.
Sharing: only send the link — the recipient opens it in their browser to view the same schedule, no login required (static page on the landing domain, e.g., social-match.html + token parameter).
Playing in reality: from the match results screen, you can access the "Start" screen — tabs for each court, move pairs from the queue to the court, real-time clock, mark the match as completed; Synchronization status via host account
Members can be edited (return to the player selection step, keep the current list), then reconfigure and create a new schedule
• BADMINTON TOURNAMENT ORGANIZATION:

Create internal or inter-club tournaments with various formats (knockout, round-robin)
Declare prize funds from the club's common fund, from member contributions and/or external sponsorships
Manage teams, configure the number of members/team
Add members from the current club, members from other clubs (link accounts between clubs) and visitors without an account
Automatically generate tournament brackets and schedules according to the format
Configure prize money by percentage of the fund or a fixed amount, assign badges to first/second/third place...
At the end of the tournament: the system automatically distributes prizes to each member, creates a transaction to collect funds to each person's original club (including other clubs), updates balances and achievements/badges
Visiting guests still have their results recorded and Theoretical rewards but no transactions are created within the system.
• MULTI-CLUB LINKING:

A user can belong to one club but be invited to participate in a tournament organized by another club.
When receiving a prize, the money and badge will be credited to the user's original club, and the transaction note will clearly show which club organized the tournament.
• MEMBER MANAGEMENT & NOTIFICATIONS:

Club Admin: add/edit transactions, manage members, approve deposits, configure bank information and customer fees.
Push notifications: admin receives notifications when there is a new deposit/tournament request; members receive notifications when deposits are approved or tournaments are updated.
• Home screen widget (iOS): quickly view balance, total deposits, total expenses, avatar, badges; tap to open the app (e.g., deposit screen).

Target audience: members and management of badminton clubs who want to manage funds, organize tournaments (including inter-club tournaments), quickly organize multi-court friendly matches with shared schedules for the whole group, and quickly look up fund information via AI Assistant.
