NCMS e-Filing

NCMS e-filing is the flagship electronic filing application developed by Judicial Information Technology Policy Committee (JITPO-COM) of National Judicial Council to address the technology gap in filing of court processes in all three tiers of court in Nigeria.
The application aims at enabling the legal practitioners to file their processes conveniently from the comfort of their homes, business address or anywhere in the world through internet connectivity. The processes are thereafter efficiently costed within the application by applying specific court rules in determining the fee payable after which payment can be made.
Once payment is made the NCMS e-filing automatically generates the next case / appeal number in case of new filings or pushes the data into associated case or appeal number as part of its legally filed process.
The NCMS e-filing application is an integral part of Nigeria Case Management System (NCMS) such that filed processes are automatically uploaded into the corresponding Case / Appeal Number. The processes can be filed into any Nigerian Court that have been enrolled into the NCMS.
