“PMS MOHR” is purely an employee attendance application. National Information Technology Board (NITB) is the official serviceability and technology owner. The app is officially developed, designed, and managed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB), commissioned by the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom (MoITT).
