E-portal

The E-portal, also referred to as “NOC,” is a smartphone application developed and managed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB) under the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom (MoITT). This app digitalizes the traditionally manual No Objection Certificate (NOC) process for employees working under the Establishment Division, streamlining it into a fully digital platform.
