They damaged a shirt of mine 4 months ago, took it back promising to fix it or reimburse me, and they have been ghosting me ever since. They have not only damaged the shirt without fixing it, but they also did not return it to me! I am never going to use this service ever again, and I do not advise anyone to use it.

The app is very user-friendly and the service is top-notch and the customer service does an amazing job unveiling it ! Very convenient for those who don't want to think to much about dry cleaning, just NimNim it!
