I haven't spent that much time with this app as yet, but it seems good. I've noticed an issue, however, which the developer needs to resolve: even when the tick box is unchecked in the settings menu, the app *still* forces through a push notification for the daily definition. At around 8:00am. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I don't sleep worth squat most nights, so I don't want to be disturbed by this so early, when I'm trying to make up for lost sleep (getting enough sleep is VERY important with RA), and when I've already instructed the app not to do it at all. What's worse, it uses my SMS alert tone, falsely making me think I have an important text from my husband while he's at work (where he can't make or receive personal calls). Developer, please sort this out. It isn't fair to use someone's SMS tone, to call attention to something less important than a received text; and it isn't fair that the function to prevent this, in the app's settings, doesn't work.
