Mera Ration App gives citizens nationwide access to Public Distribution System (PDS) benefits under the One Nation One Ration Card scheme. The app helps users view NFSA ration card entitlements, find Fair Price Shops (FPS), and confirms portability of subsidised foodgrains across India after biometric/Aadhaar authentication on ePoS devices.

Under the One Nation One Ration Card plan, beneficiaries can lift Rice, Wheat and Coarse Grain from any FPS in the country at subsidised rates (Rs. 3, Rs. 2 and Rs. 1 per kg respectively). Mera Ration App simplifies checking eligibility and entitlement details, promoting transparency, food security and ease of access to welfare benefits for eligible ration card holders across India.

Users find Mera Ration 2.0 useful for viewing ration card details and attempting Aadhaar-based information updates. However, the app suffers from critical bugs such as persistent 'Access Denied' errors related to USB debugging, inability to add or edit family member details, incorrect Aadhaar mismatch notifications despite completed KYC, lack of grievance status updates, and missing or unresponsive form fields during updates. These issues significantly degrade user experience and functionality, leading to strong dissatisfaction and requests for urgent fixes from the developers.

While editing family members detail, it's not allowing to edit mobile number. Also, grievance submitted many time , but not showing anything. It just shows ( no any grievance submitted )
