The website is a joke, customer support is a joke, The fact that you have to sign in just to scan a scratch ticket is a travesty, I had to ask them to delete my account because every time I try to sign in I was getting an error and I got absolutely no help from customer support, even though they promised to give me help they never came through with any, they failed terribly, you should not have to sign in to scan a ticket, app used to be good but they upgraded it just so they can feed you ads.
