I'm Érika Castro, Personal Trainer and University Professor, I work
for over 15 years in the healthcare field. Graduated in Physical Education from
UNIFG (University of Guararapes) and with specialization in
BIOMECHANICS, BODYBUILDING AND MUSCULOSKELETAL REHABILITATION by IBRABI
(Brazilian Institute of Education in Biomechanics).
