2023-12-31	Ia*****	Crashes regularly, activated tickets disappear before getting on bus, which means I have to activate a 2nd ticket. Means I am paying double for a single journey , drivers are unhelpful and know nothing about the app so no advice or help available, I do not find it acceptable to have to pay double for a single journey, due to a poor app, sadly I have to use it to get to and from work. Could you please fix or improve this app

2023-11-02	Na*****	I was refused service because I had my non electric bike with me. According to the support responders it is up to the driver's mood and if he likes you whether or not you can get on the bus with a bike.

2022-09-17	Ol*****	Hi there! All this week Amazon bus AZ 1 late almost every morning. But more worst that the same bus leaving early 15 minutes. On schedule the bus should depart 18:30 pm, but instead he departed on 18:15 pm. Around 40 people waiting now and the waiting time will be at least 30 minutes!! How in 2022 your company doing such mistakes?!
