This is the world worst doctors/ medical app ever created. It desperately needs an overhaul if not an outright replacement. The information rarely if ever gets updated. It's clunky and slow. If I could give a lower stars rating I would. The only reason I use it at all is because it's the only app my provider will use.please fix this ASAP.

This app used to work some time in 2022. For months, none of my records are updated. I used to be able to request a refill of my meds but now none of my meds have been showing up. Now I have to call my pharmacy to request a refill. It causes them to stop what they're doing to answer a phone call when there's only two of them there working. Such an outdated process that would be easier for everyone if the app was an actual app and not a browser link.

Have not been able to get logged in. It keeps locking me out. I've tried resetting my password & nothing works. Even when I THINK I might be logged in, I get nothing. No help options other than FAQs. Tried calling my provider multiple times with no luck either.
