Nextlink is constantly going down. A little ran or cold temperatures or wind will knock it out. Worse provider I have ever seen. Switching as soon as possible. They don't service very well when it does go down and most of the time they never fix the issue at large.

This app sux, it rarely registers that my Internet devices (modem/router, etc) are working when I'm trying to do a speed test or check the network. Not a fan of Nextlink but I live in the country and not inside city limits and ther're about the only reliable internet provider here. As soon as I can afford Starlink equipment, my family is switching. We're so tired of having to reset the equipment to get somewhat "decent" (29-60mbps 90mbps if we're lucky) down load speed and upload about 2-5mbps.
