Simple CRM for Contractors

Simple CRM is a contractor CRM built for one-person and small trade businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman and general contracting. Customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, costs and your schedule live in one app on your phone, and it works with no signal at all.

It is organised around the customer, not a list of jobs. Open someone up and you see what they owe, what is booked in, every project you have run for them and the whole history — without hunting through four screens.

WHAT THE CONTRACTOR CRM DOES
• Customers — phone, email, service addresses, gate codes and access notes, plus a running timeline of everything that has happened
• Projects and jobs — a project holds the jobs that make it up, with photos, notes and a checklist; tick jobs off as you finish
• Estimates — build a quote from your price book, send it, and turn it into scheduled work in one tap; every line item becomes a job
• Invoices — roll a finished project into one invoice with your tax rate and payment terms applied; record part payments and the balance is always what is actually owed
• Costs and margin — log materials, subcontractors, permits and disposal against a project and see the margin, not just the price
• Schedule — a day view of what is booked, with the address and the customer
• Price book — the charges you raise over and over, set up for your trade so the first quote is never a blank page
