I had to go to the app store to even access the app that is downloaded on my phone. As far as searching for anything? Good fricken luck! I guess all of the company's attention has been diverted to its few customers who get fiber optic service.

I can't even believe this company is even operational, if it works like it's app! Then the problem of invasion of privacy! The app won't work unless you give them access of all your photos and media on your device. Not happening here! Don't download!
