What is UN8D?

Mekki Aulad Ahmed the founder has been the leader and core person in the Trade Association Professional Drivers Entrepreneurs for many years. In recent years, the entire taxi industry has changed so quickly that strong action had to be taken. Actions that again put the drivers and customers at the center of the taxi transport process called UN8D.
UN8D is the taxi service that aims for the highest quality and convenience for the customer and drivers.
For convenience, there is the user-friendly UN8D app (screenshot app / animation order process).
In order to offer the highest taxi service every trip, we work closely with the taxi drivers.

When registering, a thorough background check is done and whether the driver is officially qualified.

In addition, we are in close cooperation with the entire taxi industry. Both professional drivers and government. As a result, we are already up to date for the new taxi law 2020-2025 through digital parking spaces outside the center of Amsterdam.



How did UN8D come about?

Taxis used to have to be called or waved. In recent years, new companies have come up with apps taxi platforms.

These taxi platforms are just an app between drivers and customers. This makes the ordering process easier, but has serious consequences.
Drivers are very dependent on the app. These companies charge more and more commission every year. Now even 31%. The drivers have to incur costs such as maintenance, fuel and license plate. The company only makes an app that has little cost.

The drivers themselves are hardly screened. This consists of an online background check. After which people are allowed to drive around in their own car. There is also no control while driving around.

These 2 factors make for very bad service. Such as working hours of 10 hours a day 7 days a week. Which leads to fatal accidents every week. Drivers can be incapable. Usually cannot make ends meet by the committee. There have also been multiple strikes and millions in fines for violations of the law
