القرآن تدبر وعمل هو منهج محكّم ومتخصص في تدريب المتدرب على تدبر القرآن الكريم والعمل به وفق منهج أهل السنة والجماعة. يضم المنهج 604 وحدة دراسية، كل وحدة تتضمن وجهًا من وجوه المصحف الشريف وفق طبعة مجمع الملك فهد بالمدينة المنورة، مع أربع فقرات رئيسة هي الوقفات التدبرية، جدول معاني الكلمات، العمل بالآيات، والتوجيهات.

يتضمن المنهج 4228 وقفة تدبرية مُختارة من نحو 15000 وقفة كأرشيف للمشروع، مع الالتزام بالحدود من حيث عدد الوقفات في الآية الواحدة وتوثيقها، إضافة إلى سؤال تدبّري تعليمي مع كل وقفة. كما يشتمل على جدول المعاني من «السراج في غريب القرآن» وثلاثة أعمال تطبيقية وتوجيهات عامة مستمدة من آيات الوجه.
