TRACK YOUR STEPS
The app counts your daily steps in the background and calculates the calories you burn walking, without you having to keep it open all the time.

LOG YOUR WORKOUT
When you work out at New Life Gym Merlo, the app detects your visit and automatically adds up the calories and minutes of your session.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Record your weight, view your history, and keep real-time track of your physical evolution.

PERSONALIZED ROUTINES
If you have an assigned trainer at the gym, you'll see your daily routine, exercises, and progress directly in the app.

EARN LEVELS AND MAINTAIN YOUR STREAK
Reach your daily step goal to earn experience (XP), level up, and maintain your active days streak.
