I trusted them with my apartment key, and their service completely failed at every step along the way. Their "trusted partner" (a hostel listed as open 24/7) accepted our key while we left the country, but they failed to notify us that they were closing for the holidays. So, when a guest who was staying at our place came to pickup the key, it was locked inside the hostel. I ended up having to buy our guest a hotel room for the night while we sorted out. KeyNest's customer service was useless.
