Klok — Work Hours & Tasks

Klok is the employee companion app for teams that run on the Klok platform. Clock in to your work, keep on top of assigned tasks, and stay in sync with your organisation right from your phone.

Klok is designed for employees of organisations that already use Klok. Sign in with the account your administrator created for you to get started.

WORK HOURS
• Start and stop a live work timer for the task you're working on
• See elapsed time at a glance, with a notification while the timer runs
• Add manual time entries when you forget to start the timer
• Your running timer survives app restarts, so you never lose tracked time

TASKS
• View the tasks assigned to you, with status, estimates, and logged hours
• Open any task to see its details, engagement, and client
• Track which tasks are over their estimated hours

ALERTS
• Get notified when tasks are assigned, approved, rejected, or need review
• See an unread count at a glance and mark notifications as read

PROFILE
• View your role, organisation, unit, and contact details
• Sign out securely when you're done

PRIVACY

Klok requires an existing Klok account provided by your employer. If you don't have one, contact your organisation's Klok administrator.
