User Reviews

Be careful what email address you use. to create your Bixpy account. I'm using an Android phone but used a non-gmail address to create my account when I made my purchase. It appears that for Android users the only option to login to this app is to choose a Gmail account. So since this is a different email address from what I used to purchase product, the app can't find the battery I purchased. Terrible app design.
