ND Being

ND Being is the app for members of the Neurodivergent Being community, a place for ADHD, autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults to get things done together and feel understood.

Body doubling rooms
Drop into a live room any time and work alongside other members. Keep your camera and mic off if you like. Pick a task, start a focus timer or a pomodoro, put on some focus music or rain sounds, and let the quiet company carry you through.

Tools that suit your brain
A focus timer that stays in your notifications, pomodoros with real breaks, box breathing, gentle alarms, and home-screen widgets for your Now task and Today list.

Community and live sessions
Join scheduled sessions, catch up on replays, chat with members who get it, and find your people in small accountability huddles.

Built to be kind
No streaks, no guilt, no pressure. Come as you are and do what you can.
