Recent reviews

miss poor customer service. my app has not worked on my end a solid 2 months in the entire 2+ years I've had it installed. generac had a contractor come out and fix the hardware problem with the inverter but it lasted about 3 weeks then out again. I will not ever buy another generac product again after the numerous numerous tickets I've had put in and I reckon I fell through the cracks because they had no follow through at all except the first time. I'm done trying to get any help from generac.

This would be a 5 star app for me if I was able to change the inverter settings through the app. At times I would want to change from self supply to clean back up, or even just have it as grid tie for a while. But I'd have to be home to make the changes. If the app was able to communicate with the inverter in that way, this would be a pretty darn good app. *Edit* latest update states I should be able to change modes with my app..still can't do it.
