This app is the most useless, frustrating, heap of garbage I have ever used. It's like it was designed to ensure you do not submit a claim. The app constantly freezes and closes prematurely. Calling NCS gets you nothing but finger pointing to the insurance company.

This is literally one of the worst apps I have ever used. The function to mark them capture individual pictures for each defect is hard to do because there is no reference for what the numbers mean. The Vin capture function is also horribly broken it took me about 5-10 minutes of fidgeting and clicking the back button before it would let me accept the VIN
