Same pathetic experience as reviewed by others below. Placed an order and they dint ship it till 10 days after placing the order. When I gave them an ultimatum to ship or cancel, they just simply cancelled the order and now waiting for the refund. Order been cancelled for 2 weeks and still waiting for refund. One more thing, the reason for so less reviews about their products in their app is because they don't post frank reviews. Only made up or good reviews get posted. Pathetic to the core!!

Very unprofessional app, filthy services, they don't pick calls, return or refund they take more than 10 days or 15. Do not download order from Neulife. Very disappointing
