Pathetic app. Never seen such app which doesn't allow you to book. Not able to check the report. Showing hundreds of report which is repeating( actual reports are less than 30). Sorting not working which is the basic of any app or website. I am surprised to see the overall rating as 4.6 and the glitches are prominent. I was trying to book a test which was showing "No branch available for this service or price". Then what is the purpose of this app?

The app does not allow you to add patients under 18 years of age. Thier customer service is pathetic. They keep telling backend team will book the appointment / call back but eventually nothing sort of that happened. I literally wasted one day because of it.
