worst product, refuses to fix errors or grant access to funds even though I'm able to sign in AND NO VIRTUAL CARD EITHER. COMPANY REFUSES TO HELP

absolute bottom feeder company. morally corrupt. sold in the "gift card" section of gas stations. put 100 on, thinking it was a gift card, and it's not, and my card was immediately frozen for almost a full day. it's a debit card that charges you 1.50 Everytime you use it. once I realized it I took the rest out of the ATM then tried to close the account. and you have to call in to do that. I've now made 2 phone calls for 30 mins total and the account still isn't closed. been lied to non stop.
