2024-02-15	A *****	Very buggy app. The only way I could log a delivery so pictures would be included was to log the delivery, exit the app, and sign back in. Otherwise if I did not do this the delivery picture would disappear. Never have this problem with other delivery apps like DD and UE. Furthermore, following the so called optimized route takes many times longer than I can do and it even tries to get me to go through tolls multiple times over. (Running stock Android 13 on a Pixel phone.)

2024-02-11	Gr*****	Forcing a driver to submit a picture for every successful delivery does not make sense and is a hindrance to making an efficient delivery. If the arrangement was received by the recipient, what exactly is the driver supposed to take a picture of? The door? As a customer, I would only expect to receive a picture if the delivery was left at the door. Having to take & upload a picture is an extra step that wastes time and is prone to crashing the app.

2023-12-07	Ni*****	App constantly has errors or lags or is stuck on refreshing. The communication between app and store database is slow and sometimes does not correctly work. We have sent multiple tickets into corporate/netsolace internally to fix issues with nothing being fixed. With the word compliance being thrown at franchisees and the requirements to take photos of deliveries, you would think this app would work correctly first.

2023-06-14	Da*****	When I use Google maps inside the app, it will often times switch to a range of addresses instead of the specific address, when it doesn't do that it will switch addresses from the one on the ticket to a different address sometimes next door or down the street from the address on my delivery ticket.

2023-02-25	sy*****	slow, lagging, glitching a 100 times a day, it won't update the changes quickly while logging tickets, i have to exit the app and log back in again over and over, terrible and time consuming app and inaccurate sometimes , it needs a lot of work and enhancements, and missing many important features.

2023-01-13	Ry*****	App gets stuck in "refreshing". I really wish it would not interrupt deliveries with "refreshing", also editing route order by only dragging the stack icon is clunky especially since android 12 amd up gestures can close the app during. Numbering by touch/click would be more efficient and then stack dragging as an additional feature would be great for fine tuning.

2022-10-15	An*****	It was fine at first now its running slow to load the maps up and to save the delivery sometimes I have to retake the picture a couple times and try save it before it actually does it and I dont have time to sit there for 5 min to wait for it to save

2022-09-29	Jo*****	Have to reinstall this app 5x a week because It will not display my routes. Way too many connection problems to list. Unstable garbage. I actually have to reinstall this app on a daily basis in order to compensate for all its bugs. The idiots who design and maintain this app have no business in IT and it shows.

2022-09-19	Ch*****	Hardly ever works. It's occasionally useable at best when it actually works. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least twice a day. Maps dont't work, routes disappear, orders disappear, won't function outside of 5g, etc. And considering I have to use it for work... Update: It has somehow gotten worse which I didn't think was possible. Map disappears, orders randomly disappear, nothing saves. It's absolutely absurd.
