NetSoft Chat

NetSoft Chat brings your website's chat support to your mobile phone. When a visitor opens a conversation on your company's website, you receive the notification instantly and can respond from wherever you are, without needing to be in front of your computer.

The application is for consultants and customer service representatives of companies that use the NetSoft Chat system on their own website. Access is granted by your company's administrator.

What you can do:
• Receive notifications of new conversations and messages, with a notification sound.
• View the queue of conversations awaiting service and those already with you.
• Respond in real time, with quick answers ready for the most common questions.
• Send photos (camera or gallery) and PDF documents during service.
• Track visitors who are on the site and have not yet been served.
• Chat with team colleagues via internal messages.
• Inform whether you are available or unavailable to receive new service requests.
• Filter and search conversations by period and status.

Secure and private: Communication is encrypted, your password is not stored on your phone, and conversations are kept on your company's website. The application does not display ads.

How to get started:
1. Ask your company's NetSoft Chat administrator for consultant access.

2. In the application, enter your company's website address, your email, and your password.

3. Done: new conversations will start arriving on your phone.
