2025-01-15	Ev*****	Why the calling tone we hear in our earpiece is a hospital pulse tone? Like, really??? How can someone even do like this. Shame. There is no option to change this :( year 2025, lol.

2024-12-26	Ji*****	app works fine mostly. small bug: The SMS section changes from my number to "No number available" after some period of time. Then have to sign out and back in for it to work.

Calls get stalled and won't go through or can't hear the other person when answering or while talking, but they can hear me. Lots of static, poor connections. I use this app for my job, not very good for business at all. Multiple issues

2024-09-24	De*****	App has always had issues but after the last update it went from bad to horrible. Calls no longer come in unless you are in the app at the first ring of the call. If you are not literally in the app at the time you will not receive any calls at all. App freezes a lot also. Something needs to be done, can't get work done because app doesn't work properly.

2024-09-15	Ke*****	Worst VOIP system I've ever had the displeasure of using. Constant connection issues, missed calls that don't even connect to the app. Anytime calls do come in the quality is either extremely terrible or it fails to connect. I've been forced to use this application for 5 years and im fed up with the constant applicatuon crashes and failure to connect to calls. Calls only come in AFTER you've logged out. If you want to provide quality service to your customers stay FAR AWAY from Snapmobile.

2024-07-19	Lu*****	Awful app, as I work remotely full time now I am forces to use this app, using on a s24 ultra with out any other apps running it still manages to crash, drop calls and when answering calls it will take a minute to make up its mind whether it will actually bother to connect me. Out of all of the dialer apps this had to be tye worst one out there.

2024-07-16	Cr*****	Frequent loss of connection, "no sms number available" error keeps popping up so I can't respond to texts, and the text screen shows the texts I sent in a white font with a neon green background so I can hardly see it.

Calls disappear two seconds after it starts ringing. Even when it is "working," it still isn't good & I can't trust I'm not missing calls.
