An interactive platform for site engineer and project head to communicate which provides
• Time efficiency.
• Multiple projects at the same time.
• Reduce errors on the field.
• Instant reporting of work done by day end.

The Project head can receive all the site information within seconds and send it to the Relevant Department (UK govt.) Mobile applications will be available to site engineers to receive tasks from the project head.
Report task progress to completion. In addition to text, Pictures taken from a mobile camera for a better understanding of the situation are added to this mobile application.

Role-Based Access Control is added to the app.
The project head and site engineers are given a unique ID that they can use to log in to the system and perform the tasks specified in the application.
There are different forms for each type of problem:
Network Adjustment, A55 Form, D-Pole, Raise a case
For login and performing:

• All staff have an Android device that matches the technical requirements.
• Have a stable internet connection.
• Correct Information has been provided by all the staff while signing in.
• All staff are successfully logged in.
