2024-07-10	Da*****	After sync, time is correct but date is 1 day later. Able to sync the steps but will always hang during software update. Not able to update latest software. Moreover after the steps being sync already, new steps will not be sync & add to previous ones. And if the app can allow us to know what my child buy not juz brief description only.

2024-07-07	Ir*****	Timing inaccuracies, always needing syncing. I see so many similar reviews, clearly a product needing a lot more work. How difficult can it be, smart watches are hardly a latest tech.

2024-03-18	Da*****	From bad to worst. Work up yr ideas app developer. Got 4 kids. Received the notfications to update software. Followed the instructions, able to sync but when prompted to d/l latest software, all 4 watches getting the messages of not detecting watches to download latest software. The terrible thing is after the d/l failures unable to sync the watches. Living with the biggest disappointment for 2024 so far. Few hours of my life gone to waste trying to get things in workinng order.

Per year at least need to change 2-3 times, so wasteful and not sustainable at all. The touch screen always can't detect, basically wearing it just for scan payment. Pls consider providing or even collaborate with those kid watch maker to provide some better quality watch that is more useful aside from payment purpose.

2023-12-18	De*****	App feature appears to be different on different devices. Tried to update new card number to the app but certain functions was missing. Eventually I downloaded the app on another device and those update functions were available
