Rahal Group was established in 2014 in Hatay's Antakya district to provide consultancy services on finance and brokerage issues.

The group, which started to expand by opening branches in many provinces of Turkey in 2015 and 2016, established its headquarters in Istanbul in 2018.

Rahal Group's investments include Smart Kids School, Rahal Midani chocolate factory and a Rent a Car company based in Dubai.
