app suddenly reset and lost all saved authenticators. now I have to have my boss reset my profile on our website just so I can set this back up and do my job. waist of 30 min.

take a long time to sign in. often shows server error. can go a day or more without being able to sign into very important work programs due to this. Nowhere in the app to seek help or create a ticket for issues. update: purchased a new phone. same issue keep happening, but now there is also another issue. push notifications do not send. all options for notifications are on. Samsung Galaxy S26. please resolve these concerns. I need this app to conduct business.
