Very very poor does not work Were have the TV listings disappeared to. I spent 20 minutes in a cue .then told can't take your call !!!! Roll on end of contract

App is currently unusable and I have tried downloading and reinstalling it several times. App crashes everytime I attempt to register. Very disappointing.
