Users like that the app is available on Google Play, easy to install, and generally a decent source for Chinese news with some alternative viewpoints. Major complaints repeated across reviews are restricted/disabled commenting, perceived censorship and bias toward government sources, low-quality or stale articles, and failures with phone-number verification (especially for international users) that block commenting.
