This Wear OS app will wake you up if you suffer from nightmares during sleep.
If will detect high heart rate, and movements,
And in this case, it will send a vibration pattern to wake you up using app notification.

* You must enable app notification for the app.
* Its recommended to set continues heart-rate measurement to make sure the detection will be near real-time.

To start the service, start the app, and press the enable toggle.

The app will work in the background (passively, will not use battery), and in case it detects the conditions: sleep, high heart rate, movements, it will send a vibration to wake you up.
