Umber

Umber is an innovative mobility solution from JK Cement designed to empower sales representatives with efficient day-to-day activity planning and customer visit updates. This Chrome extension enables seamless management of customer data, JCP creation, order generation, ticket raising, and monitoring tools like target vs actual performance and depot stock tracking.

With integrated call logging, sales executives can directly make customer calls within the app, capturing detailed call histories, timestamps, notes, and action items. These features enhance sales productivity, improve customer service, and centralize communication records for performance evaluation. The data-driven dashboards present insightful graphs such as actual vs planned visits, average daily visits, event tracking, and lead generation, facilitating smarter decision-making and operational transparency.
