MyAutoWorks

MyAutoWorks is a companion mobile application for customers of workshops that use the AutoWorksGo web-based service management platform. The mobile app is heavily dependent on the AutoWorksGo web system and is designed to provide customers with limited visibility into their vehicle service process as managed by their workshop.

To access service information, customers must link their mobile account with a participating workshop. A link request is created only when the customer’s phone number matches the phone number registered by the workshop in the AutoWorksGo web system. The workshop must review and approve the link request through the AutoWorksGo web platform.

Once the link request is approved and a work order is created for a vehicle with the same registered vehicle number, users can view work order status updates related to that work order directly from the mobile app. Only work order details associated with the matched phone number and vehicle number are synchronized and displayed in the app.

The application also includes a map feature that helps users discover nearby workshops registered on the AutoWorksGo platform, allowing users to view service provider locations only.

Users can access Help & Support and browse FAQs for common questions. Push notifications are used only to notify users when there is a change in work order status.
