The Nestaway team is the biggest scammers. They will deduct unnecesary charges. Once you raise a ticket that will never be addressed. Never rent using Nestaway.

Very disappointing move-out process. I was charged for multiple repair, maintenance, and cleaning items and had to repeatedly follow up, share videos, and raise escalations to challenge the settlement. Some incorrect charges were later removed, but several disputed charges still remain unexplained. Despite multiple requests, I have not received a clear itemized settlement report. While my dispute ticket is still under review, I started receiving legal recovery emails demanding payment.
