NESN 360 for Android is plagued by reliability and access problems. Recurring issues include buffering and hiccups that spoil games, unreliable casting to Chromecast/TV/Xbox, and sign-in/authorization failures with providers like Spectrum. Location-based blackouts and a steep price further reduce value. Navigation and playback controls are often hard to use, worsening the experience. There are isolated reports of decent picture quality on some devices (e.g., Roku Ultra) when the stream holds up, but overall the app’s reliability and accessibility are the main drawbacks.

Pros

Good video quality and no freezing when using Roku Ultra (reported in at least one positive review).
Web sign-in can work in some cases, indicating cross-platform access is possible.

Recent reviews

Good so far with the version running on my phone&tablet. The version on my Roku's has a problem. If you go to the TV Channels menu, there is no apparent way with the Roku remote to toggle the "Resume" or "Start from Beginning" screen options when the program has been running. Pushing the start/OK button does nothing. It ignores you and refuses to start. You're locked out. You can only access currently-running programs from the Home menu, which of course gives you no control over channels.
