Colour picker feature is not working....... And the worst part is the company is not interested in resolving it.

App keeps on crashing everytime I try to select color picker feature - for both uploading a photo and selecting from gallary. Even color and texture pallate feature is crashing. Tried few other features as well, same issue with them as well.
