Nepternship

Let's be honest: getting your first internship or job often comes down to who you know.

Nepternship is a networking marketplace for warm introductions. Access shouldn't be inherited, it should be tradeable. Students and graduates exchange the connections they already have for the ones they actually need. No cold outreach. No asking for favors. Just fair trades. One match gets you access that would take months of LinkedIn cold emails.

THE CONCEPT

Tell us what internship or job you're looking for and what connections you can offer. We match you with people who have what you want and want what you have. You bring access to one industry, they bring access to another. Or you have a connection at their dream company, they have one at yours. Behind every match is a network where introductions flow both ways.

WHY NEPTERNSHIP IS DIFFERENT

Unlike job boards or networking apps where you search on your own, Nepternship curates. Our team personally reviews every profile and picks your matches based on your goals and your network. It's a career matchmaker that understands both what you're seeking and what you can offer. Don't be another cold message to someone already buried in them.

YOUR NETWORK IS WORTH MORE THAN YOU THINK

A parent's firm, a former boss, a family friend. Every network has value to the right person. Whether it's a family business, a parent's company, a friend's startup, or connections from previous internships or jobs, even seemingly small connections can open a door for someone else, and theirs can do the same for you.

HOW NEPTERNSHIP WORKS

Step 1: Tell us what you're looking for
The internships and jobs you want, and the industries, roles and cities you want them in. All three factor into who you're introduced to.

Step 2: Share what you can offer
Describe a connection or opportunity in your network and what makes it valuable.

Step 3: Get matched
One curated introduction every Sunday, picked by our team. Or browse the network and ask for the introductions you want most.

Join students and graduates from Harvard, Stanford, NYU, USC, Berkeley, and 100+ other universities already using Nepternship to break into finance, tech, fashion, consulting, and more.
