You can report potholes, cracks, and other road issues with photos, pin the exact location using GPS or search for a nearby landmark, and mark the severity as Minor, Major, or Critical. Every report can be tracked through its progress, including Submitted, In Progress, Resolved, and other status updates, with notifications whenever the status changes
