Neo Mambí Reporte is a citizen tool designed to document what's happening in Cuba in real time. Blackouts, shortages, abuses, everyday problems: record your experiences with date, time, and location.

INITIAL REGISTRATION AND FLEXIBLE USE

The app only requires an internet connection initially to register your device. Afterward, you can create offline reports and share them through other means if the network fails or is blocked.

REPORTING IS QUICK AND SIMPLE

You can create reports in seconds using clear categories such as blackouts, transportation, health, or shortages. Write what happened or record audio if you need to report quickly. You can also add photos, videos, or audio as evidence. The app automatically detects your location, but you can adjust it manually if needed.

CREATE OFFLINE REPORTS

You can save reports on your device even without internet access. When you regain a connection, the app can send them automatically.

SHARE EVEN WITHOUT APP ACCESS

Each report can be exported as a file that you can send via any available method: WhatsApp, AirDrop, Bluetooth, email, or others.

Another person with the app can receive that file, easily import it, and upload the report for you. This allows information to circulate even if the app or network is restricted.

AUTOMATIC IMPORT

If you receive a report, simply open the file, and the app will automatically import it. It also prevents duplicates to avoid repeating information. It works the same on both Android and iOS.

PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Reports are encrypted with an advanced security standard (AES-256-GCM), also used in financial services. This protects your information during transmission and storage.

OPTIMIZED FOR REAL-WORLD CONDITIONS

The app automatically compresses photos, audio, and videos to facilitate sending without losing important data. It also resumes uploads if the connection is interrupted.
