Civi - Suresnes is a free app that allows you to stay in touch with city services. It lets you report any issues in public spaces: damaged roads, uncollected garbage, illegal dumping, overgrown vegetation, damaged public equipment, and illegal parking.
This local democracy tool requires geolocation. You are immediately directed to a map when the app is launched. Simply take a photo of the problem and describe it concisely and precisely.

The relevant department will then respond with the estimated timeframe for resolving the issue. The app is designed to facilitate basic reporting:

illegal dumping that has been in place for more than two days (no less, as a dedicated dumpster for collecting illegally dumped waste travels through Suresnes every two days),
streets not being swept (if it has been more than two days, since street sweeping takes place six days a week, Monday to Saturday),
graffiti on walls and public property.
Civi - Suresnes will be less useful for issues requiring an urgent response. In such cases, it is better to contact the City services by phone.
