Repsify takes the guesswork out of your workout. Every time you open the app, it generates a fresh, randomized exercise routine displayed as a stack of swipeable cards. Each card shows the exercise name, target muscle group, rep count or duration, and any technique notes you need to perform it safely and effectively.

A built-in timer guides you through each move. When one exercise ends, the next card is ready. No planning, no spreadsheets, no decision fatigue — just show up and go.

Everything runs entirely on your device. There is no account to create, no data sent anywhere, and no internet connection required. Your workout history and preferences stay local, private, and always accessible.

The card-based interface is designed to be used with one hand while you move. Swipe to skip an exercise, tap to start or pause the timer, and move through your session at your own pace. The routine shuffles differently each time, so no two sessions feel identical.

Settings let you adjust font size for readability, choose your preferred first day of the week, and toggle haptic feedback for a more tactile experience during swipes and timer transitions.
