User Reviews
Pros
- Aesthetically pleasing and satisfying user interface that appeals especially to users with ADHD.
- Offers a gamified and engaging approach to habit tracking, including rewards and penalties backed by science.
- Includes diverse features such as rituals/habits, task lists, analytics, and detailed FAQs.
- Helps users with mental health struggles to improve consistency in daily habits and mood.
- Offers ability to turn off analytics for privacy-conscious users.
Cons
- App assumes neurotypical users, lacking flexibility for users with ADHD or atypical habit patterns.
- Forces a default 'drink water' habit without allowing users to choose their own goals initially.
- Difficult and confusing user interface with oversized graphics and unclear instructions, making it hard to navigate.
- High subscription cost with minimal regional pricing consideration, viewed as steep and sometimes prohibitive.
- Lacks certain features like alarms for habits, widgets, voice prompts, and graphical progress displays; app animations may slow down usage.
Recent reviews
Assumes you are neurotypical. If you have adhd and don't have automatic behaviours and don't respond to rewards, you can't build habits the way it assumes you will. Also forces you to drink water. What if you don't want to drink water as a habit? Too bad!

Right now it is getting a 1 star. It only lets me do a "drink water" goal which it chose for me, then says start slowly and make changes slowly, which of course but i already drink water regularly. It should not choose my goal for me. If it is better in a few days, i will change the review but as of now i rate it a 1-star.
