Neelal is a multi-restaurant food delivery system allowing you to order food and have it delivered without traveling.

Restaurants and delivery people will operate their operations within a specific area of ​​operation. A restaurant or delivery person cannot operate in multiple zones. In the customer app, customers first need to select their delivery address and based on the latitude and longitude system of the delivery address, select the area of ​​operation and the customer can see all the restaurants, offers, campaigns, etc. of this specific area. If the delivery address is not in any operational area, the customer will see the service not available in that area, which means they will not be able to place an order for that delivery address.



The customer places an order in a restaurant (he cannot order in several restaurants at the same time)

Delivery boys receive this order in the order request section and accept it for delivery.

After the delivery boy's confirmation, the restaurant owner receives the order on his dashboard, starts cooking and hands over the food to the delivery boy.

If the order is paid digitally, the order will directly move to confirmed status and the restaurant will receive the order on its dashboard (will not depend on delivery boy confirmation).

The Delivery Person accepts the order, confirms the order (if COD), collects the order and delivers the order to the Customer.

In the event of a take-out order, the restaurant will manage all steps. For scheduled orders, all operations will start before 15 minutes of the scheduled delivery time.

Shipping flow

Delivery people can see their closest orders and accept them for delivery.

Admin can see currently available delivery boys with location view for a specific area and can manually assign an order to a delivery boy.
